Sydney Renick brings the culinary and cocktail culture of Long Island, New York, to Jupiter, Florida. After spending a decade familiarizing herself with every aspect of the restaurant industry, she has become a leader who understands the challenges of each position, and shares tiki tips and tricks at Topside at the Beacon.
Renick received her culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University. Her passion and persistence to expand her knowledge led her to the beverage side of the business. Renick’s fiery work ethic and wit helped her rise from bar chef to the management team at Topside at the Beacon, Jupiter’s preeminent rooftop bar.
